Junior Finance Associate

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Investment Operations Associate to join a high‑performing institutional investment environment supporting global clients. This is an entry‑level role designed for early‑career finance professionals who want hands‑on exposure to how institutional trading and client operations work in practice.

You will sit at the intersection of client service, trading operations and internal coordination, helping ensure that investment transactions are executed accurately and client requests are handled efficiently. This role is ideal for junior professionals who enjoy structured, detail‑oriented work and want to build a long‑term career in financial services operations.

You will receive structured onboarding and training and work closely with experienced team members in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Act as a point of contact for institutional client inquiries related to trade status, settlement and operational follow‑ups.
• Support the timely and accurate processing of client requests and trading‑related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, portfolio management and client teams) to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify and elevate operational issues following defined procedures.
• Maintain and update client documentation in line with internal governance standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of operational processes.
• Assist with ongoing operational projects and process improvements.
• Follow established procedures to support risk management and operational controls.
• Build foundational knowledge of trading processes, settlement workflows and market operations.

• 1‑2 years of experience in finance (can include internships) within client services, operations or analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn complex processes.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, team‑based environment.
• Comfort working with data and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency preferred).
• Positive attitude toward repetitive, process‑driven work and continuous improvement.
• Permanent authorization to work in the US.
