Job Description

We are seeking a mid‑level finance associate who is eager to join an innovative and sophisticated corporate and business law practice. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience and demonstrate expertise in representing financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, or developers in complex commercial and real‑estate finance transactions—including asset‑based, corporate and industrial, commercial real‑estate, affordable housing, and renewable energy financing.

Familiarity with loan and credit agreements, interest rate swaps, participation agreements, as well as inter‑creditor and subordination arrangements is also required. Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts bar, or be willing to obtain admission.
