Real Estate JV and Finance Associate | Boston | Mid to Senior
Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring discreetly for a mid-to-senior to work across joint ventures, complex financings, and acquisitions/dispositions in multiple asset classes.
Role Summary- Joint ventures and real estate platform deals, including venture structuring and governance terms
- Complex real estate financings on lender and/or borrower side
- Acquisitions and dispositions across office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality
- Coordinate with sponsors, capital markets, and funds teams when deals cross over
- Mid-level to senior associate with a mix of JV and finance experience (either can be heavier)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage meaningful chunks of a deal
- Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
- Chambers-recognized real estate platform with national reach, anchored by a Boston head office
- Variety of asset classes and capital structures, not single-product work
- Room to step into lead associate responsibilities with direct partner exposure
