100% remote Accounts Receivable Specialist need immediately for well established healthcare company (Contract position)

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Utilize Infor

    M3 for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
  • Collaborate with clients to address any discrepancies or issues related to their accounts, providing effective solutions and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them understand their accounts and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to develop and implement strategies for improving accounts receivable processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Infor

    M3 and other financial management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make accurate forecasts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable way.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance in all accounts receivable processes and procedures.
