Investment Finance & Reporting Associate
OverviewJoin a dynamic investment finance team supporting complex fund structures and portfolio reporting. This role blends financial reporting, performance analysis, capital activity oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. It’s ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Financial & Regulatory Reporting- Prepare and review quarterly and annual regulatory filings
- Analyze financial statements and reconcile NAV packages
- Support audits and maintain internal control documentation
- Develop materials for governance and investor reporting
- Produce recurring performance and return analysis
- Prepare dividend estimates and capital reporting
- Apply complex partnership and fund agreement provisions (capital calls, allocations, fees, distributions, compliance requirements)
- Partner with portfolio management, deal teams, legal, and operations
- Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies
- Lead ad hoc analyses and build reporting tools from scratch
- 2–4 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or investment finance
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred). CPA or CFA progress is a plus.
