AP Finance Associate

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information prior to recording in the accounts payable system.
• Oversee the full invoice lifecycle, including receipt, validation, audit review, approval coordination, and timely payment execution.
• Investigate and respond to invoice-related questions, such as payment status inquiries, discrepancies in billing details, and clarification of policies or procedures.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and strengthening internal processes within the accounts payable function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Legal, and Tax teams, to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.

• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles through professional experience and/or academic coursework.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Tableau is beneficial, though not required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or accounts payable functions.
