Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Senior Director of Commercial Finance is a senior leader within the US Commercial Finance organization and serves as the primary strategic business partner to the US Commercial Vice President and Business Unit Lead.

This highly visible role leads a team responsible for strategic financial management, revenue forecasting, analytics, investment management, and value creation across the business.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex information into useful insights for senior leaders. Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead through ambiguity, drive organizational change, and innovate in a fast paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster an inclusive, development oriented culture.

Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Hyperion or similar planning tools.

- Fifteen or more years of progressive finance experience in commercial, FP and A, or strategic roles including experience supporting senior executives or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Demonstrated success leading financial strategy in a complex and highly regulated environment.

Extensive experience in drug development, commercialization, launch planning, pricing, reimbursement, and US market access.

- Proven ability to influence executives and lead enterprise level initiatives.

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
