IT Capital Financial Analyst

The IT Capital Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Capital Projects for the client’s Information Technology Team. The successful applicant will be analyzing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends within multiple capital and operational projects. The position will identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast. They maintain financial tracking and reporting, prepare contractual invoices for payment, and verifies resources are budgeted and have appropriate cost allocations.

In addition, he/she will maintain and update resource cost allocations and assist in the maintenance of contract agreements resulting in invoice generation.

Responsibilities:

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7+ year(s) professional accounting experience preferably in a project setting.

TECHNOLOGY:

• Expert level with MS Excel, including Queries, VBA, macros and pivot tables.
