We've partnered with a Financial Services Firm in Boston, MA who is looking for an entry level finance candidate to join their team.
Responsibilities- Support account-related activities, including reconciliations, special projects, and other tasks as assigned.
- Track and update internal records to reflect changes in approval status related to market registrations and account onboarding.
- Prepare and assemble documentation packages for submission to external parties and local markets, including scanning, copying, and electronic transmission.
- Draft and produce transmittal letters and shipping documentation for outgoing materials.
- Organize, maintain, and update team documentation files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage and maintain standardized registration and documentation kits on internal platforms or shared systems.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.
- Prior finance/accounting internship experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency when working under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or errors.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
