Mortgage Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and growth-driven Mortgage Team Leader to help scale and expand our lending platform. This is a hybrid role designed for a producing loan officer who wants to continue originating loans while also playing a leadership role in mentoring, coaching, and developing other loan officers.

This position is built for a high-performing mortgage professional who wants to increase overall impact and production without stepping away from their personal book of business. The Mortgage Team Leader will remain actively involved in day-to-day loan origination while helping guide and support loan officers through sales strategy, follow-up, and performance growth.

In this role, you will have access to hundreds of established real estate relationships and thousands of inbound mortgage leads each month generated through  and Zillow
, providing strong support for both personal production and team success. The role combines hands-on production with leadership, allowing the Mortgage Team Leader to lead by example, drive team momentum, and contribute to a collaborative, performance-focused lending environment built around loan officer growth.

Candidates must be licensed in New Hampshire or Massachusetts to be considered.
