Overview

We are seeking a Junior Investment Operations Analyst to join a global financial services environment supporting institutional trading activity and portfolio operations. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience at the intersection of trading support, client servicing, and operational risk control.

The role sits within an investment operations team responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency across trade lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support trade lifecycle processing from execution through settlement

  • Monitor trade breaks and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams

  • Respond to institutional client inquiries related to trade status and settlements

  • Reconcile positions, cash movements, and transaction activity

  • Maintain accurate client and transaction documentation

  • Escalate operational risks or inconsistencies in accordance with internal controls

  • Assist in reporting and analysis of daily trading activity

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance (can include internships) within client services, operations or analytical roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation)

  • High attention to detail and structured problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Interest in capital markets and institutional investing

  • Permanent authorization to work in the US.
