Key Responsibilities
Support short- and long-term planning and forecasting using driver-based models and ROI analysis.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Analyze unit economics for new products and summarize insights for decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business assumptions into forecasts and financial implications.
Build scalable FP&A tools by improving models and automating reporting processes.
Partner with Accounting during month-end and quarter-end close, analyze variances, and communicate results.
Prepare executive summaries, monthly financial updates, and materials for earnings, board reviews, and business reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling (driver-based and scenario analysis).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience with SQL, Python, or R for analysis or automation.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
Experience with planning tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
Exposure to B2C SaaS, lending, or fintech industries.
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Time Zones: East and West Coast collaboration.
Travel: Occasional onsite meetings (typically once or twice per quarter).
Base Salary (U.S. Remote): $82,000 – $113,000 USD
Actual compensation depends on location, experience, skills, and education. Total compensation may include bonus and equity.
