Corporate Finance Associate

Hinckley Allen is looking for a mid-level finance associate with an interest in joining a dynamic and sophisticated corporate and business law practice. The ideal candidate will have practiced at least three (3) years and have experience representing financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and/or developers on complex commercial finance and real estate finance transactions, including asset-based, corporate and industrial, commercial real estate, affordable housing, and renewable energy financing.

Candidates should also have some familiarity handling loan and credit agreements, interest rate swaps, participation agreements, and intercreditor and subordination arrangements.

Admission to Massachusetts bar required (or must be obtained within 6-12 months).

The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. Candidates must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills and judgment, and must be highly motivated with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $180,000- $245,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on education, experience and skill set of the individual selected for the position.
