We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Services practice in our Boston office.

This position will support our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group. The team conducts due diligence and supports clients across a wide range of industries. You will interact with clients as well as with team members across all levels within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic corporate buyers
• Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare
• Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines
• Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management
• Coach and mentor staff

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions
• 8+ years of transaction advisory experience within various industries
• Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to clients as required
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment
• Action-oriented, decisive approach to work with a hands-on role to ensure deliverables are met on time

Salary ranges are provided where applicable. Cohn Reznick offers a Total Rewards package including discretionary performance bonus, generous PTO, parental benefits, and access to learning and development platforms. The Massachusetts salary range for this role is $150,000 to $250,000. Details vary by location and experience.
