Financial Analyst - Private Equity

Beacon Hill Financial is supporting a long‑standing private investment client in Boston with the addition of a Financial Analyst to its Finance team. This role supports a portfolio of private equity and debt‑related funds and offers hands‑on exposure to fund accounting, reporting, and investor support.

• Fund accounting, reporting, and compliance for a group of private funds
• Preparation of capital calls, distributions, and partners' capital statements
• Supporting investor reporting and fund administration
• Coordinating with external auditors and supporting year‑end financials and tax processes
• Assisting with Limited Partner reporting and presentation materials
• Cash and investment monitoring and bank reconciliations
• Process improvement initiatives and ad hoc finance projects

This is a Boston‑based hybrid role
.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• CPA or CPA‑eligible preferred
• 2+ years of public accounting experience, ideally with asset management or fund audit exposure
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; investment company and fair value accounting experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with fund accounting or portfolio systems is a plus
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership‑oriented mindset

Base salary range: $90,000-$105,000 + bonus
, depending on experience, plus strong benefits.
