The Role
You’ll act as the internal subject matter expert for project finance and capital markets, responsible for financing execution, financial modeling, pricing, due diligence, and interaction with external partners. You’ll oversee a team of Analysts and Associates, responsible for their development and to ensure that numbers and activity are sharp, whilst externally managing project investor community relationships including tax and cash equity, and debt.
What You’ll Need
• 10+ years project finance experience
• 7+ years solar industry experience, leading solar project finance and/or tax equity structuring
• Demonstrable track record of securing transactions within US solar
• Strong technical modelling skills, able and willing to be close to the numbers, recognize inconsistencies and take responsibility for accuracy of forecasting
• Strong communicator with gravitas, able to hold your own at c‑suite and board level
