An independent private trust company is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to support and manage high-net-worth client relationships. This client-facing role requires strong trust administration expertise and sound fiduciary judgment.
Responsibilities- Primary client contact for trust administration and estate settlement
- Monitor distributions, cash, and account activity
- Coordinate with custodian bank (SEI), tax specialists, and investment team
- Manage asset transfers, account openings/closings, and documentation
- Support investment reviews and trade processing
- Bachelor’s degree; 5–7 years trust administration experience
- Strong knowledge of trusts, estates, investments, and fiduciary taxation
- SEI systems, Advent/Moxy, and Excel proficiency
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
Base Salary- 110K-160K based on experience
