Elite Platform | 3-5 Years Experience
You'll build a book of business faster in capital markets than your peers will in M&A. Here's why IPO clients keep coming back.
An elite platform is hiring Capital Markets Associates for Boston. They need 3-5 year associates representing corporate issuers and investment banks in equity capital markets financings, IPOs, and securities offerings.
What you'll do:
Close billion-dollar IPOs for companies going public. Draft offering documents, prospectuses, and registration statements. Handle SEC filings, compliance, and corporate governance. Negotiate transaction documents and manage high-stakes deal timelines.
Why you build your book faster:
IPO clients need you after they go public.
You close their IPO. Then they need follow-on offerings, compliance advice, and governance work. This repeat business builds your book faster than transactional M&A where clients disappear after closing.
Both sides knowledge makes you essential.
You represent issuers and banks. Clients pay premium rates for lawyers who understand both perspectives. This expertise accelerates partnership and commands $50K+ higher compensation than single-side associates.
What you need:
3-5 years representing issuers and banks in equity capital markets. IPO and securities offerings experience required. Boston bar required.
Compensation: $260,000-$365,000.
