A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Global Financial Crime Modernization Lead – AVP to drive the modernization of Financial Crime systems across the organization. This role involves owning the modernization roadmap, ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions, and engaging with compliance and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in financial crime compliance or technology transformation, along with strong leadership and program management skills.

Competitive salary range is between $156,700 - $290,900, with a hybrid work model.
