We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join our client's growing team. This position is hybrid in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities
  • Processand reconcilesecurities trades across accounting and order management systems to ensure accurate and timely settlement.

  • Monitorstraight-through trade processing and resolved exceptions requiring manual intervention.

  • Investigatetrade discrepancies, pricing deviations, and reconciliation breaks, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues.

  • Coordinatedaily portfolio cash flows, including trade execution, confirmations, and liquidity management activities.

  • Supportportfolio rebalancing and allocation events to maintain target investment allocations.

  • Generatecash flow projections and ensured automated system feeds and manual adjustments were accurately reflected in reporting.

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade issues and ensure accurate transaction processing.

  • Collaborate with trade processing and operations teams to maintain efficient workflows and meet operational deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Experience in investment operations, trade processing, securities operations, or financial services.

  • Understanding of trade lifecycle processes, reconciliation, and portfolio cash management.

  • Proficiency with financial systems, order management platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in deadline-driven environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
