Roessel Joy has partnered with an established Services company on a new Payroll Tax Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in a multi-entity environment, experience using ADP WFN, and will be able to communicate well cross functionally.
Responsibilities- Find resolutions to payroll tax questions.
- Calculating retroactive tax.
- Reviewing W-2 files.
- Maintaining employee tax records.
- Review and correct payroll tax error reports.
- Complete data analysis work on employee tax data.
- Tax Data Integrity Assurance for tax filing.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- 3+ years of payroll tax experience.
- ADP WFN experience is nice to have.
- Experience working in a variety of company sizes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well cross functionally.
- Ability to stay up to date to tax standards and regulations.
