State Street Alpha Data Service (ADS) is the data‑as‑a‑service provider that is the backbone of the Alpha front to back strategy, combining technology and service provision to deliver data management value to our clients. We are looking for a candidate to lead our ADS Analytics team.

- Strategic Intent – develop and commercialize a service model for Risk & Performance Ready Data interoperable with 3rd‑party risk vendors, OMS providers, IBOR providers, and the Alpha Platform.
- Develop and implement the client servicing model in close collaboration with Alpha Product and Global Delivery.
- Create an operating and servicing model to integrate the Alpha platform with risk, performance and analytics across Axioma/Factset/MSCI/BBG Port and Alpha products such as CR Analytics and Opturo.
- Engage directly with Alpha solutioning teams and clients to design and implement the operational control framework.
- Work with Alpha sales & Commercial team to create client awareness and generate revenues.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the client‑servicing teams to ensure client SLA & KPI’s are met.
- Continuously assess and contribute to enhancements, software quality and other improvements that could be implemented to improve how the support team monitors and triages issues.
- Excellent communication skills across all channels and levels, including C‑suite.
- Strong motivational skills and the ability to lead by example.

- Experience managing data in a front, middle and back‑office support environment.
- Strong conceptual understanding of fixed‑income and derivative pricing models and the datasets that inform these models (e.g., swap/credit curves, volatilities).
- Prior experience directly supporting investment professionals.
- Experience partnering with senior technology professionals to develop product solutions that improve investment data quality.
- Extensive knowledge of financial services data domains – Security Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, Analytics, etc.
- Intimate knowledge of front‑office workflows (portfolio construction, trading, risk, compliance).
- Knowledge of industry performance attribution platforms and related market data providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, data management, or another financial services technical field.
- CFA qualification.
- 15+ years in data management, product and market data roles.
- Good knowledge of Axioma, MSCI, Fact Set, BBG Port – strongly preferred.
$110,000 – $207,500 annually.
