Overview
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Boston looking for a Billing Specialist to join their team. This position is hybrid after training, onsite 3 days a week.
Responsibilities- Manage the full monthly proforma billing cycle from preparation through final submission.
- Prepare, review, and edit proformas to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure invoices meet client billing guidelines and requirements.
- Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with billing processes and invoice management.
- Background in accounts receivable and payment tracking.
- Prior banking or teller experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and collections procedures.
$65-70K
