The Harbour Vest co-investment team sources over 1,000 deals annually through deep GP relationships, deploying –7 billion per year across venture, growth equity, and buyouts globally.
Associates gain broad generalist exposure without portco operations work, focusing on underwriting, investment committee materials, and GP relationship management. The team invests selectively in only ~6% of opportunities reviewed. Harbour Vest manages 61B+ in AUM with 40+ years of private markets experience.
