- Reporting to the CFO and managing a team of five professionals
- Manage entire accounting and finance process
- Monitor monthly budget to actual reports
- Work with property managers to ensure timely delivery of month-end reporting
- Manage annual audits and our external reporting requirements with lenders
- Help improve all finance procedures and internal controls
- Maintain clean schedules for management fees, reserves, escrows, payroll allocations, etc.
- Oversee cash management function
- Perform monthly cash reconciliations, approve weekly check-runs, track all intercompany cash movements, and maintain cash flow dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 6‑12 years’ experience
- Must have experience in real estate
- Experience with Real Page accounting software is strongly preferred
