Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Relationship Management to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients by understanding their business needs and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams to align client needs with BNY solutions and support the development of customized offerings that advance client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through upselling and cross‑selling BNY products and services.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and client reports that reinforce BNY’s value proposition and support long‑term partnerships.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to proactively address client needs and emerging opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3–7 years of experience in relationship management or business development within financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

CompensationBNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligible employees may receive additional benefits such as an annual discretionary incentive award, a 401(k) plan, and company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and eligible dependents.
