Financial Architects Partners is a life‑insurance firm specializing in generational wealth preservation for ultra‑affluent clients. We analyze, acquire, and service top‑tier life‑insurance portfolios, offering sophisticated estate and insurance‑planning techniques. The Client Services department focuses on portfolio management, in‑force analysis, and relationship maintenance.
Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities- Prepare annual portfolio reviews providing detailed performance insights to clients
- Handle premium invoicing and follow‑ups
- Generate periodic reporting and calculations
- Provide ad‑hoc client services and portfolio management support
- Develop proficiency in carriers’ proprietary illustration systems and products
- Analyze funding options, replacement opportunities, and portfolio strategies
- Work closely with FAP producers, upper management, and internal departments
- Create customized deliverable client presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with numerous insurance carriers
- Communicate with client advisory teams and FAP producers
- Learn and implement new department processes
- Manage workflow and keep the team on schedule with deliverables
- Join client meetings with producers and anticipate follow‑up items for portfolio/family needs
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Assertive and positive attitude
- Flexibility and ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to contribute to inter‑departmental projects
- Motivation for personal and professional growth
- Salesforce experience is a plus
Competitive base salary ranging from $67,000 to $87,000, with potential performance‑based incentives. Additional benefits include PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, and health & wellness initiatives. Salary will be determined based on experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, position scope, and location.
