Registered Client Service Associate - Private Wealth

A growing full-service Investment firm is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to join their team.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Provide day-to-day support to a team of Financial Advisors.
• Maintain and service client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and portfolio reports.
• Handle cash inflows and outflows, money movements, and account transfers.
• Monitor asset allocations and cash balances to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Open, set up, and monitor new client accounts and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience.

• 1+ years of experience in client service or operations within an RIA or investment management firm.
• Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
• Proficiency with Redtail or a similar CRM system.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
