- Support the processing and administration of investment transactions across a variety of financial products and accounts
- Prepare, review, and maintain investment-related documentation and records
- Coordinate transaction activity with custodians, administrators, and other external service providers
- Review transaction instructions and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor transaction status and ensure timely completion of investment-related activities
- Maintain accurate records of investment activity and supporting documentation
- Assist with operational workflows associated with portfolio management and client servicing activities
- Monitor daily cash balances and funding requirements across multiple accounts
- Process cash movements, wire transfers, and related treasury activities
- Support liquidity management and cash forecasting processes
- Reconcile cash balances and investigate discrepancies as needed
- Coordinate funding activities and ensure timely settlement of transactions
- Prepare reports related to cash activity, balances, and operational metrics
- Assist with treasury-related projects and process enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and controls
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Assist with system implementations, enhancements, and testing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Provide operational support for special projects and strategic initiatives
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- 1–3+ years of experience in investment operations, treasury operations, financial operations, or a related field
- Experience working within investment management, wealth management, banking, or financial services organizations
- Familiarity with transaction processing, reconciliations, and cash management activities
- Experience interacting with custodians, administrators, or other financial service providers
- Exposure to portfolio operations, trade support, or treasury functions
- Experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, and operational platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications
