This opportunity focuses on servicing prestigious hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, and alternative investment vehicles, providing exposure to world‑class clients in offshore financial centres.

• Deliver US tax compliance and advisory services for hedge funds, private equity and asset managers.
• Prepare/review partnership tax returns, K-1s, K-3s and related reporting.
• Manage client engagements and deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build strong client relationships and identify advisory opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Strong experience in US partnership taxation and asset management tax.
• Exposure to hedge funds, private equity or alternative investments.
• Big Four or leading professional services background preferred.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

• US CPA preferred (or EA).

• Advise on cross-border M&A transactions and restructures.
