Job Description
The Quantitative Equity Research team is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to support the development and maintenance of stock selection models for both systematic and fundamental strategies.
The role involves researching signals, developing alpha models, refining portfolio construction methodologies, and enhancing research and analytics platforms. You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers and research analysts to generate investment insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to research projects including ideation, data analysis, and recommendations
- Extract tradable signals from large datasets
- Develop advanced model construction methodologies
- Enhance research infrastructure and analytics platforms
- Present insights and create thought leadership content
- Monitor model and factor performance
- Perform due diligence on model outputs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years in quantitative investment research
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, econometrics, and machine learning
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork ability
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA charter holder or candidate preferred

In-Office Collaboration
This role follows a hybrid model with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week, supporting a collaborative and client-centric work environment.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $125,000 $ 140,000 per year
- Additional variable compensation (bonincentives)
- Comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental, life insurance, and paid time off
