The IR team plays a critical role in communicating the company's strategy and financial performance to the investment community, ensuring a clear and accurate understanding of State Street's strategic direction and financial position.

By fostering transparency and consistency in messaging, IR helps maintain a stable, high-quality investor base. This is achieved through various channels, including quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, industry conferences, and direct investor meetings. Additionally, IR works closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to relay market sentiment and investor feedback, supporting informed strategic decision‑making.

The role includes direct responsibility for managing relationships with buy‑side and sell‑side analysts focused primarily on U.S. financials.

This position will collaborate extensively with State Street's Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis teams, as well as other Finance functions and business units, to gather and synthesize information that supports analytically driven and consistent messaging. • Serve as a resource to senior leadership on fixed income market dynamics and investor expectations. Track and analyze trading activity, credit spreads, and investor behavior to inform IR strategy
  • Help inform funding strategy and capital planning through investor feedback and market analysis
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal and other teams on the execution of debt issuances
