A global, publicly traded organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact Finance transformation initiatives, with an initial focus on a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA ERP deployment in the United States.

This is a highly visible role for a seasoned project leader who thrives at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and enterprise change
, and who enjoys driving complex initiatives from strategy through execution.

You will play a critical role in modernizing Finance operations for a large, complex organization, partnering closely with senior leaders across Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, and IT. The scope is enterprise-wide, fast-paced, and materially important to the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has led ERP or large Finance transformation programs and wants true ownership
, visibility, and long-term career upside.

• Lead Finance-side project and program management activities for a major SAP S/4
  
  HANA deployment
• Own timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risk management, and executive communications
• Facilitate workshops and drive cross-functional problem solving to ensure alignment and adoption
• Partner with senior Finance and business leaders to improve processes, scalability, and efficiency
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and Technology teams
• Drive execution in a matrixed, global environment with competing priorities

• 10+ years of experience in complex, cross-functional project or program management
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations (Finance workstream strongly preferred)
• Finance background (Accounting, FP&A, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority
• Experience operating in large, global organizations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into action

• PMP, Prosci, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications
• Experience working at the intersection of Finance + IT

• Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) – Greater Boston / Metro West area
