The successful candidate will assess profitability and growth, working collaboratively with Underwriting and Product teams. A strong background in actuarial techniques and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required.
Responsibilities include leading performance analyses, providing pricing support, and implementing process improvements. Ideal candidates hold an ACAS or FCAS designation, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
