We are seeking an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operational functions within a private debt platform. This role will focus on trade processing, loan administration, and operational support across the investment lifecycle to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Support loan onboarding, funding, and settlement processes for private debt investments
  • Maintain and update investment records, loan schedules, and portfolio data
  • Process cash transactions including interest payments, principal repayments, and fees
  • Reconcile portfolio activity with internal systems, custodians, and external partners
  • Assist with preparation of investor reporting and internal operational reports
  • Partner with investment, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure accurate workflow execution
  • Monitor key deadlines, payment schedules, and covenant reporting requirements
  • Support documentation management, including credit agreements and amendments
  • Assist with audit requests and ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in operations, fund administration, banking, or asset management
  • Experience supporting private credit, loans, or alternative investments preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial or portfolio management systems is a plus
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
