We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to join our client’s Private Equity Investor Relations team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy.
The Investor Relations Associate will serve as a key liaison between the firm and its institutional and high-net-worth investors, helping to deliver exceptional investor experiences while supporting capital raising efforts and ongoing communications.
Key Responsibilities- Support investor relationship management activities across a global institutional and private investor base, serving as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries, due diligence requests, meetings, and ongoing communications.
- Assist with fundraising and capital development initiatives, including preparing marketing materials, investor presentations, DDQs, fundraising documentation, pipeline tracking, and prospective investor research.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of investor reporting materials, working closely with investment, finance, legal, and operations teams to deliver accurate fund updates, performance reporting, capital account information, and investor communications.
- Maintain investor data, CRM systems, and reporting records while supporting process improvements, project management initiatives, event coordination, and other activities that enhance the overall investor experience and operational effectiveness of the Investor Relations function.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset management, investment banking, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of private markets, investment products, and institutional investor landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-service mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM platforms and investor reporting systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
