Who We Are Looking For
The Vice President plays a central role in both strategic deal execution and driving the next phase of pricing evolution. This role requires an individual who acts as a driver and engine across the team—taking ownership of complex deal analytics while also leading improvements in how pricing operates. The expectation is to combine strong analytical capability with initiative, proactively moving work forward and leveraging innovation, automation, and AI to improve speed, clarity, and decision‑making.
WhatYou Will Be Responsible For Strategic Deal Analytics
- Lead and own analytics on the most complex deals and clearly explain overall economics in a simple, structured way.
- Lead financial analysis for lift‑outs, M&A‑related work, and strategic client engagements.
- Build and evaluate integrated deal economics across revenue, cost, and long‑term profitability.
- Support commercial structuring and evaluate key trade‑offs across deal scenarios.
- Translate detailed analysis into clear, top‑down explanations of deal economics.
- Deliver structured, decision‑ready outputs that enable stakeholders to act quickly.
- Act as a driver of change, advancing pricing capabilities through innovation, automation, and AI.
- Take ownership of identifying gaps and drive improvements forward.
- Evolve pricing methodologies, templates, and benchmarking approaches.
- Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work and accelerate analysis.
- Drive adoption of scalable workflows.
- Raise the standard for speed, clarity, and output quality.
- Proactively engage stakeholders early and drive alignment across complex situations.
- Partner with Sales, M&A, Product, Finance, and Global Delivery.
- Reach out early to understand needs and shape deal direction.
- Align on assumptions and priorities.
- Anticipate and address issues proactively.
- Act as a trusted analytical partner.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- CFA, CPA, or similar certifications preferred.
- 8+ years experience in strategic finance, M&A, investment banking, consulting, or pricing.
- Strong experience with financial modeling and deal evaluation.
- Proven ability to explain economics clearly.
- Track record of taking initiative and driving change.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or data tools preferred.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Operate as a team‑oriented leader who takes initiative and drives work forward.

$110,000 – $188,750 Annual (range quoted applies to the role in the primary location specified). If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location, the applicable range could differ.
