Compensation

Annual base salary range: $ - $. Salary will be determined by factors such as scope, complexity, location, skills, education, training, credentials and experience. Employees are eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Month‑End Process: Oversee the timely and accurate production of monthly financial reporting, ensuring P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements are reconciled and reviewed.
  • Operational Oversight: Partner closely with the transactional finance team (Accounts Payable and Accountant) to coordinate workflow, review deliverables, and ensure accurate execution of day‑to‑day operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Review and approve complex journals and balance‑sheet reconciliations, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Audit & Compliance: Lead the preparation for year‑end audits, acting as the primary liaison for external auditors and ensuring statutory reporting requirements are met.
  • Process Improvement: Drive the evolution of internal control framework, identifying efficiencies and implementing automated solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with finance and other business units to support risk assessments and develop control improvements.
  • Cash Management: Oversee treasury functions, including short‑term cash‑flow forecasting and payment run management.
  • Strategic Support: Carry out ad‑hoc financial modeling and project work as required by the Financial Controller and VP of Finance.
Qualifications
  • 7+years of relevant finance experience, including CPA or equivalent certification required.
  • Experience guiding workflows or reviewing transactional staff work (preferred).
  • Proven ability to influence operations and collaborate across functions without direct line‑management authority.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and track record of managing complex financial close processes.
  • Experience managing, monitoring, and continuously optimizing internal control processes.
  • Forward‑thinking approach to finance with focus on leveraging AI and automation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and confidence to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and willingness to explore additional financial tools.
