Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times, and assisting with their banking needs.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
- Recognize opportunities and cross‑sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
- Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them on self‑service options.
- Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Support nearby branch locations as business necessity requires.
- High school diploma or GED – required.
- 6+ months cash handling experience – required.
- 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience – required.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to identify and escalation of risk concerns to appropriate channels.
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
- Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
- No certifications required for this role.
- Established work history or equivalent through experience, training, military service, or education.
- Preferred experience in Microsoft Office products.
- Language preference:
Haitian Creole or Spanish.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.
Compensation and BenefitsBase pay range: $30,000.00 – $47,000.00 USD annually (40‑hour week), based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.

Working ConditionsFrequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking. Depending on location, occasional moving and lifting of light equipment or furniture may be required.
