You’ll work with private equity firms, founder‑led businesses, and investors throughout the deal lifecycle. Common projects include:
- Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis – buy‑side and sell‑side
- Accounting clean‑up in preparation for transactions
- Acting as a point of contact during due diligence
- Acquisition diligence and financial modeling
- Support Transaction Services engagements
- Develop reports, financial analyses, and client‑ready deliverables
- Contribute to business development efforts
- Engage in internal operations and team culture
- Mentor and train junior team members
- 2+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience
- Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm in the TAS/FDD practice group required
- CPA is preferred, but not required
- Background in audit is a plus
