Join our client as a Finance Operations Associate to support organized, reliable financing operations and ongoing documentation/compliance needs across relevant portfolios. You’ll help keep key materials moving and ensure deliverables are tracked and maintained in a structured, audit-ready way.

Compensation

$30-35/hour*

* Listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

This is a 3+ month contract position. Candidates must be able to work 3 days onsite in Boston.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support progress on key funding readiness items across assigned facilities and portfolios
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of supporting materials
  • Keep financing documentation organized and up to date in shared systems
  • Assist with compliance and related documentation deliverables tied to applicable requirements
  • Support the movement and collection of important financing documents in partnership with Legal/outside counsel
  • Review and support recurring documentation and reporting deliverables across relevant portfolios
  • Track potential risks and provide general status updates on ongoing deliverables
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant operations or documentation-focused experience in finance/structured finance/project finance support
  • Strong organization and ability to manage deadlines across multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of documents
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Proficiency with Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint/Share File)
  • Clear communication skills for written and verbal updates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
