We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Boston.
Responsibilities- Support the team by helping lead on Due Diligence engagements.
- Undertake highly technical advisory projects under Director & partner supervision.
- Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff.
- Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long‑term business relationships.
- Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients.
- Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fields.
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA.
- Financial Due Diligence experience for private equity and strategic buyers.
- CPA preference.
- Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including representing diverse communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Flexibility to travel, as needed.
