We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, ETF Service Delivery to join our team. This role is located in New York, NY.
Responsibilities- Provides oversight for multiple small teams or one large team of staff responsible for conducting Basket Services on behalf of assigned clients, including Portfolio Composition File (PCF) preparation, creation and redemption order processing, cash and in‑kind settlement arrangements, unit settlement arrangements, authorized participant (AP) inquiries, continuous net settlement, rebalancing processing, collateral processing, and P&L calculations.
- Manages multiple teams and client relationships, resolving escalated issues related to basket production.
- Directs and sets priorities for processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.
- Evaluates rules to determine impact of new regulations on BNY's basket services practices and guides teams on implementation.
- Directs drafting of financial reports for clients, communicating reports and intricacies.
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing contributions and growth.
- Leads working relationships with auditors and clients to ensure accurate financial reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–7 years of total work experience, with preferred knowledge of custody and fund accounting, particularly as it relates to ETFs.
- At least 0–1 years in management.
- Experience managing multiple teams or a large team of staff.
- Contributes to achievement of team objectives.
BNY offers highly competitive compensation and benefits. The base salary is expected to be between $127,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment, subject to individual experience and market location. Additional compensation may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at‑will. The company reserves the right to modify compensation at any time.
