We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem‑solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
- Support the team in achieving service delivery goals by contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within the team.
- Demonstrate a detail‑oriented mindset to maintain compliance and accuracy in transaction records.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous.
- 0–5 years of experience.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $60,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at‑will, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time.
