As part of the Tax team you support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. As an Intern/Trainee you perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments and learning about developing your personal brand. You have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting varying challenges and scope, and you are encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds significance for our clients and contributes to our team’s success.

- Required cumulative GPA: 3.0.
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing the Bar exam.

Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
