Job Overview – Wealth Management Client Service Manager Compensation: $115,000 – $160,000/year + bonus

Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Wealth Management Client Service Manager in Boston, MA for our client, supporting client relationship management, investment operations, and service delivery for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors. This role will lead client servicing initiatives, oversee operational processes, and partner closely with investment and internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex client relationships, coordinating investment-related activities, and supporting sophisticated wealth management, family office, private investment, or institutional advisory environments.

Responsibilities

as the Wealth Management Client Service Manager:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and help ensure exceptional service delivery across client relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop client service professionals while overseeing workflow management, performance reviews, and team development initiatives.
  • Client Operations Oversight: Review client transactions, account activity, documentation, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Account Management: Support complex client accounts and coordinate service-related activities to help meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance operational workflows, service procedures, and internal processes to improve efficiency and the overall client experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to support client needs, resolve issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Qualifications for the Wealth Management Client Service Manager:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in client service, investment operations, wealth management, asset management, or related financial services roles is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting client relationships and investment-related operations within a wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, or financial services environment is required.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and investment or client reporting systems is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with exceptional attention to detail are required.
