Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Associate (Finance) to support contract documentation, funding readiness, and compliance for multiple financing portfolios. This role blends legal documentation, contracts administration, and finance operations, making it ideal for candidates with experience handling checklists, CP tracking, and structured documentation workflows.
Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days/week on-site) Duration: 3-month temp, potential temp-to-perm Key Responsibilities
- Track conditions precedent, borrowing checklists, certifications, and contract deliverables
- Coordinate documentation with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and external counsel
- Maintain trackers, data rooms, and organized document repositories
- Support notices, estoppels, waivers, collateral assignments, and compliance packages
- Assist with recurring lender/investor reporting and financing-related documentation
- Identify risks or delays and communicate status updates
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in contracts administration, paralegal/legal support, loan closing, banking operations, or investment/PE operations
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume documentation
- Experience working with checklists, contract packages, or compliance deliverables
- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external counsel
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Share File, and document management tools.
