• Support the Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients and progress to leading less complex client relationships.

• Demonstrate advanced capability of all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes.

• Prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans, investments, and portfolio allocations.

• Assist in preparing client meetings, documenting discussions, and driving client follow‑up.

• Mentor others and provide oversight of work.

• Serve primarily as a secondary advisor.

• Progress to greater independence in client execution items, ultimately leading to full client relationship management and independent decisions.

• Understand client contracts, fee schedules, and the onboarding process.

• Maintain solid, active relationships with client‑of‑interest peers, providing critical support to client team revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 4–8 years’ experience.

• CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required.

• Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes.

• Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, Docu Sign, Microsoft Suite, and planning software.

• Developing others.

• Relationship/Practice Management.

• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Effective communication, both orally and in writing.

• High emotional intelligence and situational awareness.

• Proactive approach to work with the ability to own projects and see them to completion.

This position is exempt and paid according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. The salary range for this position is $100,000–$140,000 USD per year.

• Work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Lift up to 15 pounds.

• Required to work onsite 4 days per week.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

• Corient participates in E‑Verify and will confirm work authorization for hired employees.

• Must be willing to execute the Employee Agreement and Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement.
