Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Your role will involve working with private equity firms, founder‑led businesses, and investors throughout the deal lifecycle. Common projects include:

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis – buy‑side and sell‑side
• Accounting clean‑up in preparation for transactions
• Acting as a point of contact during due diligence
• Acquisition diligence and financial modeling

• Support Transaction Services engagements
• Develop reports, financial analyses, and client‑ready deliverables
• Contribute to business development efforts
• Engage in internal operations and team culture
• Mentor and train junior team members

• 2+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience
• Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm in the TAS/FDD practice group required
• CPA is preferred, but not required
• Background in audit is a plus
