Support financial modeling, underwriting, and closing of senior debt transactions. Perform deep due diligence on borrowers and assets, procure market‑specific financial info, and analyze third‑party reports.
  • Investment Committee Support:
Prepare comprehensive materials for internal approvals and present deal merits and risks to the IC for new transactions and portfolio updates.
  • Asset Management:
Monitor loan covenants and manage construction/reserve draws; assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly portfolio monitoring reports.
  • Risk Oversight:
Monitor macro environment and asset performance; report on financing maturities, lease terminations, and disbursement dates to the risk management committee.
  • Pipeline Management:
Maintain new investment pipeline across strategies.
  • Ad‑Hoc Projects:
Undertake projects to improve internal infrastructure and the investment process.
